General Terms:

• Once an order has been placed it cannot be cancelled. For any amendments, reach out to us on our customer care email or number.

Payment:

• Damage During Transit: Any damage, tampering, or loss that occurs once the product is with the logistics provider has to be reported on delivery.

• Failed Delivery Attempts and Refused Packages - No refunds will be issued if there are three failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency or if the package is refused by the recipient. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure availability for delivery or provide an alternate address.

• Inspection Upon Delivery - Please ensure that the package is in good condition and has not been tampered with before signing for acceptance. Once you sign for the package, it is considered received in satisfactory condition. Any damage or tampering should be reported to the carrier immediately.

Exchange Policy:
We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the product has been tampered with or used in any manner. For an exchange to be processed, products must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. If a product shows signs of use, damage, or tampering, it will not be eligible for exchange.

Other Policies:

• Responsibility for Delivery - We are not responsible for goods signed for by a person other than the individual who placed the order at the specified delivery address. Please ensure that the correct recipient is available to accept the delivery.
• Incorrect Address - As transactions are authorized by the cardholder, we do not take responsibility for incorrect or incomplete address details provided during the order placement process. Please double-check your information before confirming your order to avoid delivery issues.
• Replacement or Credit Note - In the rare event that a replacement item is unavailable due to stock issues, we will issue a Credit Note for the full amount of the damaged product, which can be redeemed on future purchases.
