Who does the delivery?
Our deliveries will be done by third-party couriers and logistics companies.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free standard shipping on all prepaid orders across India.

What if my order doesn't reach me?
In the unlikely event that delivery is not possible for any reasons beyond the control of Nest&Burrow, including unavailability of courier services in your area, inaccessibility of the delivery area, force majeure events as laid out hereinafter, we shall keep you informed of such inability to deliver and cancel your order, followed by a complete refund.

Can I redirect my order to another shipping address?
Unfortunately, we are unable to redirect orders to a different address once they have been shipped.

Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we only offer shipping within India. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future, and we’ll keep our customers updated if international shipping becomes available.

How can I track my order?

What happens if I am not available at the time of delivery?
Our courier partners usually attempt delivery up to 2-3 times. If you miss the delivery, the package may be returned to us. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order.
