Refund policy

What is your return policy?
We do not offer refunds or returns on our products for hygiene reasons.
All our deliveries go through multiple levels of packaging so likelihood of damage is very small. We do offer exchange on products that have been defected or if an incorrect product has been shipped.
Exchanges can only be initiated within 48 hours of delivery. Returns will not be accepted if the product is used or tampered with. Return will only be accepted in its original packaging with tags and labels on.

Are there any charges for returns?
Returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items are free. For other returns, a nominal pickup fee may apply.
