Exchange & Return Questions
We do not offer returns on our products for hygiene reasons.
All our deliveries go through multiple levels of packaging so likelihood of damage is very small. We do offer exchange on products that have been defected or if an incorrect product has been shipped. Exchanges can only be initiated within 48 hours of delivery. Returns will not be accepted if the product is used or tampered with. Return will only be accepted in its original packaging with tags and labels on.

In the unlikely event that delivery is not possible for any reasons beyond the control of Nest&Burrow, including poor courier services in delivery area, inaccessibility of delivery area, force majeure events as laid out hereinafter, we shall keep you informed of such inability to deliver and cancel your order, followed by complete refund.
Unfortunately we are unable to redirect orders to a different address once they have been shipped.
