Return Policy

  • Returns are not accepted for hygiene and safety reasons. All our products go through multiple layers of quality checks and secure packaging, making the chance of damage minimal.
  • However, we do offer exchanges in the following cases:
  1. The product received is damaged
  2. The product is defective
  3. ⁠An incorrect product has been shipped
  4. ⁠Exchanges must be initiated within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.
  5. ⁠Products must be returned in their original packaging, with tags and labels intact.
  6. ⁠We will not accept returns if the product has been used, washed, or tampered with.

Charges for Returns/Exchanges

  • No charges will apply for returns or exchanges due to damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
  • For all other cases, a nominal pickup fee may apply and will be communicated to you in advance.
